Tactician: Further upside potential for KLCI futures
THE April KLCI futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives closed at 1,353.50 last Friday with a smaller open interest and average volume of 27,880 contracts and 7,786 contracts respectively.It happened again. Out of five times, when we
projected a possible breakout due to the narrowing of the Bollinger
band at least, four times it would materialise.

Note :
The “entry on weakness” strategy is likely to remain intact as we are
expecting some “shorting” activities to dominate early in the week.
The Bollinger band is now closer to its upper band, signalling the
steadfastness of shortists to take this opportunity to short at higher
levels
